01The short version
We collect only what we need to do your work and bill it. We never sell your data, never show ads, and never share it with anyone except the few services that keep this site running.
This policy covers this portfolio site (sujonmir.com), the Web Care client account and dashboard, and the services of Sujon Mir, Munshiganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Sifra Chat has its own policy at sifra.chat/privacy.
02What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable), WhatsApp or Telegram contact, websites and time zone.
- Work and billing records: tracked time, work notes, invoices, payments and balances.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, the live chat or email. The contact form saves your email as soon as you type a valid one, so we can reply even if the message did not send.
- Website access: logins you choose to share for the work.
- Technical data: basic request data such as IP address, browser and country, used for security, rate-limiting and to show prices in the right currency.
We do not collect card numbers; payments are made by bank or mobile banking transfer.
03How we use it
- To do the work you ask for and show it to you live in your dashboard.
- To send invoices, payment receipts, password resets and important service messages.
- To answer your messages.
- To keep accounting records and meet legal duties.
- To protect the site against abuse.
We do not send marketing newsletters from your client account, and we never use your data for advertising.
04Cookies and local storage
- Login cookie: keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary.
- Local storage in your browser: keeps things like your live chat conversation and small display preferences.
We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
05Who we share it with
Only the services this site needs to work, each handling data on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your data.
06How long we keep it
- Account and work records: while your account is open.
- Billing records (hours, invoices, payments): kept after your account closes, as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Website logins you shared: only while we work on your site. Ask us and we delete them right away.
- Contact form and chat messages: until they are no longer needed to help you.
07Security
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and your dashboard shows only your own data. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever affects your data we will tell you quickly.
08Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export or delete your data. Some of it you can change yourself in your dashboard (name, contact, password). We answer requests within 30 days. Billing records we must keep by law are kept, but everything else is deleted.
09Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes too. For meaningful changes we email active clients first.
