About Sujon Mir
Hi, I'm Sujon — a front-end developer based in Munshiganj,
Dhaka. For over seven years I've helped businesses, founders and
agencies ship websites that don't just look good, but actually
perform.
I work across the full front-end spectrum — building and
customising WordPress & WooCommerce sites, crafting
conversion-focused Shopify stores, and hand-coding bespoke sites
in clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Beyond the browser I build
custom Shopify & WP themes and plugins, Chrome extensions,
and web-based Android & desktop apps — increasingly with an
AI-assisted workflow that lets me ship more, faster, without
cutting quality.
I'm a fast learner, a clear communicator, and I follow through

Ways I can bill you — your choice
Weekly tiers are the default and, in the long run, the best deal for ongoing care. But every project is different, so we can also work on a plain hourly rate, a fixed price for a whole project, or a set monthly retainer — whichever fits you best.
Weekly tiers (recommended)
A busy week costs less per hour — the more we work, the lower the effective rate, down to $7.50/h. A week with under 30 minutes of work is free, so you pay nothing for a quiet week. Built to make long-term care cheaper than paying by the hour.
Fixed hourly rate
One agreed rate for every hour, no tiers. We agree the rate together before we start, and every hour we work is billed — there's no free light week and no volume discount. Same live tracking, same weekly invoice.
Fixed price per project
Building something specific — a new store, a redesign, a one-off job? We agree a single fixed price up front. You follow the work live in your dashboard, and you pay only once the project is delivered and you're happy. Nothing up front — and when it's done, everything is 100% yours.
Monthly retainer
Prefer one predictable amount each month? We set a flat monthly rate for ongoing care and send one invoice per month. Your hours are still tracked live, so you always see exactly what's being done for it.

Yes. If you'd rather have one predictable amount each month instead of weekly tiers, we set a flat monthly rate and send one invoice per month. Your hours are still tracked live, so you always see what the retainer covered.
